Serviced plots at Fallah Residence start at D600,000 cash, and coastal land at Sanyang Seaview from D350,000. Finished bungalows at Kairo Park start from USD 125,000.
A market on the rise
The Greater Banjul Area and the Kombo coastal strip continue to grow, with demand driven by tourism, returning diaspora and new infrastructure.

Live availability, online reservation, electronic signing and payment tracking mean you can complete a purchase from London, Atlanta or anywhere else.
The process
Five steps, start to title.
- 01
Choose your plot or home online
Every Kerr Finder estate shows live availability, sizes and prices. You can browse Fallah Residence in Tujereng, Kairo Park in Sanyang, finished homes and standalone land from anywhere in the world.
- 02
Reserve with a deposit
Secure your choice online with a deposit paid through Waychit, card or bank transfer. Your plot or home is held the moment payment is confirmed, and the live map updates so no one else can take it.
- 03
Review and sign your agreement
Your sale agreement is prepared for you to read in full before you commit. You sign electronically from abroad, and the executed copy is stored in your account with a record of who signed and how.
- 04
Pay the balance on a plan
Pay in full at the cash price, or spread the balance through instalments. Every payment is receipted, and your account keeps a running statement you can check at any time.
- 05
Documentation and title transfer
Kerr Finder offers an optional land documentation service at 3% of the purchase price, handling the paperwork through to your title. You follow each step from your account without needing to travel.
Land titles and the legal side
Know what you are buying.
Land in The Gambia is held under different forms of tenure, and the quality of the documents matters as much as the land itself. Here is what Kerr Finder provides on every sale.
Freehold title
The strongest form of ownership in The Gambia. Kerr Finder developments are offered with clear, documented title that transfers to you on completion.
Registered documents
Your agreement and transfer documents are prepared and registered through the proper channels, with copies kept in your account.
Verified before sale
Every plot and home Kerr Finder lists has been checked before it goes on the market, so you are not buying into a dispute.
Common questions
Asked by buyers abroad.
Can I buy property in The Gambia if I live abroad?
Yes. Foreign nationals and Gambians in the diaspora can buy land and homes in The Gambia. With Kerr Finder the whole process, from reservation to signed agreement, can be completed online.
How do I pay from overseas?
You can pay by card, through Waychit, or by bank transfer. Card payments are capped at D3,500,000 per transaction; larger amounts go by bank transfer. Every payment is receipted in your account.
Do I need to travel to sign?
No. Agreements are signed electronically, and the executed document is stored in your account. You only need to travel if you want to visit the site, and we are happy to arrange that.
What does the land documentation service cover?
For 3% of the purchase price, Kerr Finder handles the documentation work through to your title, so the legal transfer is managed for you rather than left to you to arrange from abroad.
Can I build on my plot later?
Yes. Many diaspora buyers secure a plot now and build when they are ready. Kerr Finder also offers construction services, so the same team can build your home when the time comes.
