The Kerr Series is designed to make owning a home in The Gambia easy. We provide the house, the land, and handle the entire transfer process, including all costs and taxes, with one year of insurance included. This allows you to focus on your life while we manage everything else.
Choose from a range of designs and locations, with standard prices covering all essentials. You can also opt for additional features like:

3. Extra toilets
4. Boys quarters
5. Guard post
6. “Bantabas”
7. Outdoor kitchens etc
Each home in the Series is named after its owner
such as Kerr Madam Secka or Kerr Mr. Sonko
Please note that Kerr Series homes are built on our land with our designs or adaptations. Anything beyond this falls under our other projects, not the Kerr Series package.
Payment
The payment period for your home depends on the agreed project timeline. For instance, if the timeline is 6 months, financing should be completed within that period. Currently, the maximum timeline for bungalows is 1 year.
A 40% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due within the agreed timeline. The total cost varies based on the chosen design and site location.
